Zucchini with Chicken Meat

Recipe

zucchini 1 pc • minced chicken meat 1.1 lb (500 g) • garlic 4 pcs • ground black pepper • salt • marjoram • ground red paprika 1 tsp • chicken egg
Peel one bigger zucchini, cut lenghtwise into the halves and with the spoon remove inner part and slightly salt it. Blend chicken minced meat with pressed garlic, salt, black pepper, ground paprika, egg, marjoram. Place halves of the mixture into the halves of zucchini.

tomatoes 1 pc • semi hard cheese 5.25 oz (150 g) • water 10 tbsp (150 ml)
Place rings of a bigger tomato over the meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and place into the preheated oven at 355°F (180°C) for 40 minutes. Pour in a little water under the zucchini so it will not burn.
