Recipe
1. Onion - bacon base
onion 5.25 oz (150 g) • sunflower oil 3 tbsp • bacon strips 5.25 oz (150 g)
Clean the onion, cut it into small pieces and fry in oil. Add bacon cut into noodles and fry together for about 5 minutes.

zucchini 1.1 lb (500 g) • water 1.6 quart (1500 ml) • salt 1 tsp • ground white pepper 0.5 tsp • ground caraway 0.5 tsp
Wash the zucchini and cut it into cubes. Add to the onion and bacon, fry for a minute or two, add boiling water, salt, pepper, caraway and cook for 10-15 minutes under the cover.

sterilized white beans 1.1 lb (500 g) • parsley leaves • chive
Drain the sterilized canned white beans and add them to the zucchini. Overcook and serve the soup sprinkled with parsley or garnish with fresh chives.
