Recipe
1. Preparation of apples and zucchini
apples • zucchini 14 oz (400 g)
Peel the apples, cut them into quarters and remove the cores. Cut the quarters into 3-4 moons parts. Peel the zucchini and grate it coarsely.
2.
unsalted butter 0.25 oz (10 g) • breadcrumbs 2 tbsp • sugar granulated 2 tbsp • ground cinnamon 2 tsp
Grease the baking sheet with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread the apples evenly, sprinkle them with granulated sugar and cinnamon.
3. Preparation of dough
chicken egg 4 pcs • powdered sugar 7 oz (200 g) • vanilla sugar 0.75 oz (20 g) • sunflower oil 6.75 tbsp (100 ml) • water 6.75 tbsp (100 ml) • flour medium 12.25 oz (350 g) • oat flakes 1.75 oz (50 g) • baking powder for gingerbread 0.5 oz (13 g)
Mix the yolks with powdered and vanilla sugar. Add oil and water and mix again. Mix the oat flakes and baking powder in the flour, add to the egg yolks and, after mixing, stir in the grated zucchini. Beat the egg whites until you get egg whites snow, which you lightly mix into the dough at the end.
