all-purpose flour / plain flour 7 oz (200 g) • powdered sugar 2.5 oz (70 g) • unsalted butter 4.5 oz (125 g)
Add sugar and chopped butter to the flour.

egg yolk 1 pc • bicarbonate 0.25 tsp
Add two boiled yolks, one raw egg yolk and a pinch of baking soda.

Knead the dough.

Wrap in food foil and let it rest in the cold for an hour.
