Recipe

apricots 5.25 oz (150 g) • yoghurt natural 5.25 oz (150 g) • water 10 tbsp (150 ml) • ground cardamom 0.25 tsp • ground ginger 0.25 tsp • ground Roman caraway spice - jeera 2 pinches
Wash the apricots, remove the stones and put them in a blender. Add yogurt, boiled, cooled water and spices.
