flour medium 1.1 lb (500 g)  fresh yeast 0.75 oz (21 g)  sugar granulated 2.75 oz (80 g)  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.1 cup (250 ml)  unsalted butter 3.5 oz (100 g)  chicken egg 2 pcs  salt
