all-purpose flour / plain flour 14 oz (400 g) • unsalted butter 11.25 oz (320 g) • powdered sugar 5.25 oz (150 g) • ground walnuts 4.25 oz (120 g) • baking powder for gingerbread 0.25 tsp
Mix to combine all the ingredients. Place the prepared dough in the fridge for about one hour.

Use a rolling pin to spread the dough until it is about half centimeter thick. Cut out rounds of dough.

Place the cut-out pieces into the baking tin and bake for about 10-15 minutes at 340°F (170°C).
