Waffles with strawberry puree
Children's favorite waffles for breakfast. They are also suitable as a dessert for an unexpected visit, just add whipped cream.

Recipe
1. Waffle dough
egg yolk 2 pcs • semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.7 cup (400 ml) • unsalted butter 2.5 oz (70 g) • powdered sugar 1 oz (30 g)
Whip egg yolks in milk, add melted butter and sugar.

all-purpose flour / plain flour 10.5 oz (300 g) • baking powder for gingerbread 0.25 oz (10 g)
Add flour with baking powder. Mix to a smooth dough.

... into waffle molds, bake in a preheated oven (15 minutes).
6. Strawberry puree
strawberries 8.75 oz (250 g) • powdered sugar 2.75 oz (80 g)
Clean the strawberries, wash, mix with sugar.

Pour the strawberry puree over the baked waffles and serve.
8. Waffles as a dessert
whipping cream (30-33% fat) ¾ cup (200 ml)
Whip cream and put it in a pastry bag.
