Vanilla waffles with peach sauce

Recipe
1. Waffles
chicken egg 2 pcs • powdered sugar 1.5 oz (40 g) • vanilla sugar 0.5 oz (15 g) • unsalted butter 1.75 oz (50 g) • semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.5 cup (350 ml)
Mix eggs with powdered and vanilla (preferably homemade) sugar, mix in the melted, cooled butter and milk.

all-purpose flour / plain flour 10.5 oz (300 g) • bicarbonate 0.25 tsp
Add flour with baking soda.

Pour the dough with a ladle into silicone molds for waffles. Bake in a preheated oven (25-30 minutes).

Remove the baked waffles from the molds and let cool.

5. Peach sauce
peach 1.7 lb (750 g)
Wash the peaches and add boiling water. Let rest for 5 minutes. Then rinse with cold water...

... and peel off.

Remove stones and chop finelly.

ground ginger 0.25 tsp • ground cinnamon 0.25 tsp
Then add ginger, cinnamon and bring the peaches to a boil. Cook for 15 minutes from the boiling point, stirring frequently.

Finally, mash with a potato masher.

Pour the cooled sauce over one portion of the waffles. Use cutlery.
