Valentines vanilla and strawberry cake

Recipe
1. Cake base preparation
chicken egg 6 pcs • sugar granulated 8 tbsp • vanilla sugar 1 pc • sunflower oil 1 tbsp • water 9 tbsp • flour medium 10 tbsp • baking powder for gingerbread 2 tsp
Separate egg yolks from the whites. Add sugar to egg yolks and beat them into foam. Gradually add oil and water in. Blend in egg whites foam, flour mixed with baking powder.
2. Baking
Pour the dough in the round cake form lined with parchment paper and bake at 355°F (180°C) for about 15 - 20 minutes.

Cut the cool cake base vertically in halves.

strawberry marmalade 3.5 oz (100 g) • strawberry compote 7 oz (200 g)
Spread the strawberry jam over and lay sliced strawberries.
5. Cream preparation
semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.5 cup (350 ml) • vanilla pudding - powder 1.5 oz (40 g) • vanilla sugar 1 pc • unsalted butter 7 oz (200 g) • powdered sugar 7 tbsp
Stir pudding powder "Zlatý klas" with sugar in a little cold milk, pour it in the remaining boiling milk and cook dense pudding. Let it cool. Gradually whisk softened butter in. Whisk until smooth.
6. Filling
Spread the cream on the cake base with jam and strawberries and flatten it. Cover with the second half of the cake base.

Spread remaining cream over the cake and flatten top and sides.
8. Preparation of white topping
margarine 3.5 oz (100 g) • powdered sugar 3.5 oz (100 g) • milk powder 3.5 oz (100 g)
Knead together hardened fat, sugar and powdered milk. Use a rolling pin to spread it on a plastic bag sprinkled with sugar until it has size of the cake and use a rolling pin to transfer it to the cake. Cut off the edges.
9. Decorating
You can cut off hearts from the leftovers and place them of the cake. Decorate with chocolate topping to your taste.
