whole milk 3.5% 2.5 cup (600 ml) • caster sugar 2 oz (60 g) • all-purpose flour / plain flour 1 oz (25 g) • vanilla pudding - powder 1.25 oz (37 g)
Bring half of the milk with sugar to boil. In the other half, mix the flour and pudding powder. Pour into boiling milk and cook the pudding.

Spread cooked pudding on long biscuits (between biscuits).

Pour the chocolate pudding over bananas. Let cool.

Whip the whipping cream, add sugar and cottage cheese. You can also use only whipped cream for the dessert.
