salt 1.5 tsp • spice turmeric 0.5 tsp • ground ginger 0.25 tsp • ground red paprika 0.5 tsp • ground coriander spice 0.25 tsp • ground caraway 0.25 tsp • water 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)
Add meat to the onion. After a while add salt and spices, cover with water and simmer for 20 minutes.

yoghurt natural 7 oz (200 g) • whole milk 3.5% 2.5 cup (600 ml) • all-purpose flour / plain flour 1 oz (25 g)
Mix yogurt with milk and flour.

Pour the mixture to the meat and cook until thickened.
