onion 7 oz (200 g) • bacon 3.5 oz (100 g) • turkey whole leg 4 pcs • salt • ground red paprika
Peel the onion and cut into the rings. Cut the bacon into the thicker strips. Wash turkey drumsticks, salt, brush with ground red paprika and with sharp knife make deep cuts into them. Push strips of bacon into the cuts.

Place drumsticks into the baking dish and richly sprinkle with onion. Move with the drumsticks so part of onion gets below them. Pour in a water.

Bake it covered over the middle temperature in preheated oven for about 1,5 hours. The meat must be completely soft and easily separate from the bone.

Separate roasted meat from the bone and serve.
