Turkey Breasts with Sweet Corn, French Fries, and Broccoli
Recipe for turkey meat prepared in a steamer. Serve with French fries baked in the oven.

turkey breast 1.1 lb (500 g) • salt • chilli pepper • soy sauce • semi hard cheese 5.25 oz (150 g) • bell pepper (yellow,red,green) 0.5 pc • broccoli 1.1 lb (500 g)
Wash turkey breasts, slice them and place in a bowl. Season with salt, chili pepper, pour over with soy sauce and grated cheese, mix everything together. Clean pepper, cut it into strips. Wash broccoli and separate it into florets.

frozen sweetcorn 8.75 oz (250 g)
Pour sweet corn in the first (bottom) vessel of the steamer, place turkey breasts, sprinkle with chopped sliced green pepper. Steam for 40 minutes. After 20 minutes, add second vessel with broccoli and continue steaming.

Line baking tin with parchment paper and pour in frozen French fries, bake in preheated oven at high heat.
