Recipe

english cucumber 1.1 lb (500 g) • salt 0.5 tsp
Wash the cucumber, peel it and grate it coarsely. Add salt, stir and let it rest for an hour.

Squeeze water out of the cucumber as much as possible.
3.
lemon-juice • garlic 1 clove
Stir in a little lemon juice and add a clove of peeled, crushed garlic.
