Recipe

all-purpose flour / plain flour 1.1 lb (500 g) • water 6.75 tbsp (100 ml) • salt 1 tsp • sour milk 1.1 cup (250 ml) • bicarbonate 1 tsp
Mix flour with salt, water, bicarbonate and sour milk and prepare pliant dough.

dry curd cottage 5.25 oz (150 g) • chicken egg 2 pcs • ground red paprika 1 tsp • salt
Mix curd cheese with eggs in a small bowl, add ground red paprika and stir. Slightly season with salt.

all-purpose flour / plain flour
Use a rolling pin to spread the dough on floured board, cut out squares and fill them with curd mixture. Pinch the opposite edges of the square together and press them with fingers or fork to seal them so that the filling does not run out.
4.
sunflower oil 13.2 gallon (50000 ml) • sour cream (fat 14-18%) 10 tbsp (150 ml)
Fry the triangles until golden in hot oil. Serve them with sour cream.
