Tomato Soup
Easy, quick and delicious tomato soup from tomato paste and sterilized tomatoes. You can use fresh tomatoes instead of sterilized, but you need to pour them over with boiling water and peel before cutting them.

Recipe

sterilized tomatoes 14 oz (400 g) • tomato paste 2.1 cup (500 ml) • bay leaf 3 pcs • water 3.2 cup (750 ml) • salt 1 tsp • sugar granulated 4 tbsp • vinegar 1 tbsp
Mix finely chopped sterilized tomatoes with paste from the can, tomato paste, bay leaf and water, bring to the boil and cook for 10 minutes. Season with salt, granulated sugar, vinegar and allow the soup to simmer for a minute. Taste it and add more sugar, salt or vinegar to taste.

Decorate each portion of the soup with grated cheese and a tablespoon of sour cream. Add fresh basil leaves to taste. Variation: We can add cooked oat flakes or rice to the finished soup.
