ground Roman caraway spice - jeera 1 tsp • Garam masala spice 1 tsp • ground black pepper 0.25 tsp
Sprinkle with spices, continue with frying and stir from time to time.

soy sauce 2 tbsp • lemon-juice 1 tbsp
Add soy sauce and lemon juice. Stir to coat the tofu cubes and let the remaining sauce to boil away.

white beans in tomato sauce 14 oz (400 g) • vinegar 1 tbsp • sugar granulated 1 tbsp • salt 0.5 tsp
Add the beans in tomato sauce. Season with sugar, vinegar and salt.

Cook and stir until the sauce almost boils away.
