2. Preparation of oregano dough
chicken egg 1 pc • all-purpose flour / plain flour 3.5 oz (100 g) • semi skimmed milk 1,5% 6.75 tbsp (100 ml) • oregano 1 tbsp • salt
From egg, flour and milk prepare a thicker dough for coating. If the dough seems thin, add flour, if it is too thick, add milk. Add oregano to the dough. Mix, salt with a pinch of salt.
3. Fry
sunflower oil 3 tbsp
Coat the tofu sticks in dough and fry in hot oil on both sides. Tofu sticks are served with a side dish or as canapés for a party.
