unsalted butter | 1.5 | oz | 40 | grams | |

water 1.25 quart (1200 ml) • unsalted butter 1.5 oz (40 g) • semolina 1.75 oz (50 g)
Bring water to a boil in an electric kettle or in a saucepan over the heat. Melt the butter in the other pan, add semolina and fry for 3 minutes.

salt 1 tsp • crushed cumin 0.5 tsp
Add salt (do not salt for children) and caraway, stir and fry for another 2 minutes.

Add boiling water and stirring constantly simmer for 10 minutes.

Beat the eggs in a cup and pour into the soup stirring constantly. Let it reboil.
