onion 1.5 oz (40 g) • sterilized sour cucumber 1.5 oz (40 g) • whole Mustard 1 tbsp • salt • ground black pepper
Peel onion and chop it finely. Finely chop or grate sterilized cucumber. Mix onion and cucumber with mustard, salt and ground black pepper.
