chicken egg 2 pcs • sugar granulated 2.75 oz (80 g) • vanilla sugar 2 pcs • dry curd cottage 1.1 lb (500 g) • flour medium 4.25 oz (120 g) • raisins 1.75 oz (50 g) • lemon peel 2 tsp
Mix eggs, granulated and vanilla sugar, add flour, crumbled cream cheese, grated lemon zest and raisins. Stir everything well and work the dough.

With wet hands take a small amount of dough to form croquettes, and coat them in bread crumbs.

Transfer the fried croquettes to paper towels to drain.

Serve croquettes with whipped cream and blueberry compote or some other fruit.
