dried plums 3.5 oz (100 g) • raisins 3.5 oz (100 g) • dates 3.5 oz (100 g) • dried apricots 1.75 oz (50 g) • goji berry 1.75 oz (50 g)
Wash the dried fruit ...

...and chop finely.

sweetened condensed milk 7 oz (200 g) • unsalted butter 7 oz (200 g)
Melt the butter and milk in a water bath.

Add fruit.

Cover with other wafer and spread the other half of the filling. Cover with a third wafer. Store in a cool place and let it harden for 30 minutes.

Weight the wafers down and press gently. Let it harden for 24 hours.

Cut with a sharp knife. We recommend smaller portions, because it is a really sweet delicacy. Store in a cool place.
