Recipe
1. Preparation of puff pastry
all-purpose flour / plain flour 8.75 oz (250 g) • chicken egg 2 pcs • sugar granulated 1.75 oz (50 g) • salt • unsalted butter 3.5 oz (100 g)
Work the puff pastry from flour, softened butter, eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt. Let it rest in the cold place for about 15 minutes.
2. Preparation of the filling
chicken egg 3 pcs • sugar granulated 7 oz (200 g)
In a bowl beat eggs and sugar into foam.

whole milk 3.5% 1.7 lb (750 g) • vanilla pod 1 pc
Heat milk in a pot, add vanilla beans from vanilla pod.

all-purpose flour / plain flour 3.5 oz (100 g)
Stir eggs with sugar in the warm milk. At the end pour in flour through a sieve. Cook dense gruel.

Gradually press the dough into the cake form. Pour mascarpone filling on top of the cake base.

Bake for 40 minutes at 180 °C.

Let the dessert cool and decorate it with slices of fresh strawberries.
