Recipe

onion 7 oz (200 g) • paprika 1.8 lb (800 g)
Clean the onion and cut it finely. Clean the pepper, wash it and cut it into slices.

salt 0.5 tsp • water 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)
Add pepper, salt and a little water. With frequent stirring, simmer the peppers under a cover until soft.
