Recipe

frozen spinach 7 oz (200 g) • water ¾ cup (200 ml)
Rinse frozen pieces of spinach under the running water through the sieve, place in a saucepan and pour in a water. Cook for 10 minutes.
2.
whole milk 3.5% ¾ cup (200 ml) • all-purpose flour / plain flour 1 tsp
Add milk mixed with flour into the cooked spinach, mix with hand blender.
