Spinach rice

Recipe
1.
white basmati rice 8.75 oz (250 g)
Wash the rice, put it in a pot, pour water over and let rest for 15 minutes. Strain.

fresh spinach leaves 5.25 oz (150 g)
Wash the spinach, let drip, chop the leaves or tear it finely.

unsalted butter 1 tbsp • bay leaf 1 pc • ground coriander spice 0.5 tsp
Fry the bay leaf and coriander briefly on the butter.

Add and fry rice.

water 2.5 cup (600 ml) • imalayan salt 1 tsp
... and water and salt. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.

roasted peanuts with no salt 1.75 oz (50 g)
Add peanuts, cover again and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir.
