puff pastry 9.75 oz (275 g) • chicken egg 1 pc
Roll the puff pastry, place on a baking sheet and spread with a egg.

sheep cheese - bryndza 4.5 oz (125 g) • sour cream (10% fat) 2 tbsp • chicken egg 2 pcs
Mix the cheese with cream and eggs. If necessary, you can add more cream if the mixture is very thick.
