Recipe
1.
sterilized pepperoni 1 pc • water 1.3 cup (300 ml)
Cook sterilized pepperoni in water for about 15 minutes. Take the pepperoni out.

tomato paste 1.1 lb (500 g) • salt 1.5 tsp • sugar granulated 1 tbsp
Add tomato paste, salt and sugar.

sterilized tomatoes 14 oz (400 g)
Chop canned tomatoes and add them, together with the brine from the can, to the sauce. Bring to the boil...

corn starch 2 tsp • water 2 tbsp
...and thicken with a little cornstarch mixed with water if needed.

dried onion 1 tbsp • vinegar 1 tbsp
At the end mix in dried onion or dried onion leaves. Add vinegar to your taste.
