Spicy peas with carrots

Vegetarian food inspired by Indian cuisine. Serve with basmati rice and a delicious pineapple salad with yogurt.

Recipe

red onion 1.75 oz (50 g) • carrots 10.5 oz (300 g)
Peel and cut the onion. Clean and wash the carrots.

Put the washed peas into the pot. Add the onion and sliced carrots.

black mustard seed 0.5 tsp • ground coriander spice 0.5 tsp • chilli pepper 0.25 tsp • spice turmeric 1 tsp
... and add spices. Fry for a short time.

Stir in the peas with carrots.
