fresh yeast 1.5 oz (42 g) • semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.1 cup (250 ml) • sugar granulated 1 tbsp
Mix flour and sugar with a little lukewarm milk. Add crumbled yeast and gently stir. Allow it to raise covered at warm place.

spelt flour 1.7 lb (750 g) • salt 1 tsp • sour cream (10% fat) 1.1 cup (250 ml)
Put flour into the bowl, add cream, salt and add the yeast.

Knead the dough, which you let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.

Create small flatbread from the dough, which you let rise on the floured board for 10 minutes. Shape langos with oiled hands.
