Recipe
1. Mixture preparation
chicken egg 6 pcs • vanilla sugar 0.75 oz (20 g) • salt 1 pinch • ground cardamom 0.5 tsp • ground cinnamon 0.5 tsp
Whisk together the eggs, sugar, and a pinch of salt in a deep bowl. If you have ground cardamom or ground cinnamon on hand, feel free to add it.
2.
semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.05 quart (1000 ml) • spelt flour 9.5 oz (270 g)
Stir the milk into the thoroughly beaten mixture and gradually whisk in the sifted whole grain spelt flour to avoid lumps.

3. Frying
coconut oil 1 oz (30 g)
Pour a small ladle of batter evenly onto a greased, heated frying pan in a thin layer and fry until golden brown on both sides. Before each batch, pour a small amount of oil or coconut fat into the center of the pan - it is easier to dispense.

4. Filling
sour cherry jam 2.75 oz (75 g) • chocolate hazelnut spread 2.75 oz (75 g)
The combination of jam and nut cream is popular in our family. But that is up to each gourmet's preference.

Bon appetit!
