Recipe
1. Preparation
sour milk 2.5 cup (600 ml) • sugar granulated 1.7 cup (400 ml)
Pour sour milk (acidophilus milk, kefir, white homemade yoghurt) in a bowl. Pour in granulated sugar and stir.
2.
olive oil 6.75 tbsp (100 ml) • vanilla sugar 0.25 oz (10 g) • bicarbonate 2 tsp • cocoa powder 4 tbsp
Add olive oil, vanilla sugar, bicarbonate, cocoa powder and mix everything together well. Make sure bicarbonate has melted, you can crumble the possible lumps with your fingers before you pour it in the mixture.
3.
meal 2.5 cup (600 ml)
Add flour into the mixture and stir until smooth. Pour the dough into baking tin lined with parchment paper (or we can grease the baking tin with butter well and flour it).
5. Baking
Place the prepared cake in preheated oven and bake at medium heat for about 30 minutes. Use a wooden skewer to check, if the cake is done. Insert it in the centre of the cake and if it comes out clean, you know it's done.
6. Serving
powdered sugar 2 tbsp
Cut it into rectangles or squares and serve dusted with powdered sugar.
Bon appetit!
