chicken egg 2 pcs • honey 3 tbsp • unsalted butter 2.75 oz (75 g) • all-purpose flour / plain flour 10.5 oz (300 g) • powdered sugar 3.5 oz (100 g) • bicarbonate 0.5 tsp • gingerbread spice mix 1 tsp
Put the above mentioned ingredients into a deep bowl.

Roll the dough on a floured board to thickness about 3 mm. Cut hearts or other shapes.

Put the shapes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, spread with a whipped egg and decorate with nuts.

Bake for 7 minutes at 180 °C.
