Take meat (about 200 g) from the roast duck leftovers ...

Add duck meat and warm up.

milled rice 5.25 oz (150 g) • salt 1 tsp • water
Rinse the rice under running water, let drip. Fry in a little oil, add salt and pour water about 1.5 cm above the rice. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from the fire and let rest for 10 minutes covered.
