oat flakes 1 oz (30 g) • water ¾ cup (200 ml) • sesame seeds 2 tsp • flax seeds 1 tsp
Put flakes into a pot, add water and boil. Grind the sesame and flax seeds and mix into the porridge.

Stir the crushed part into a porridge. Garnish with a sliced persimmon on a plate and sprinkle with black and white sesame.
