Semolina soup noodles
From this amount you get 150 grams of excellent homemade soup noodles. Add them to the soup at the end of cooking in the required amount and cook for 7-8 minutes.

Knead though dough (if necessary, you can add a little more semolina, if the egg was bigger). Let it rest for a while.
