Recipe
1. Milk
semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.05 quart (1000 ml) • sugar granulated 3.5 oz (100 g)
Pour milk into the pot, add sugar and bring to a boil.

2. Semolina
semolina 3.5 oz (100 g)
Add semolina and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, so that the semolina is well cooked.

3. Serving
cocoa powder • cinnamon sugar • unsalted butter 1.75 oz (50 g)
Serve the porridge on shallow plates, pour melted butter over and sprinkle with cocoa or cinnamon sugar. Consume it lightly cooled.
