Semolina Gruel with Cinnamon

sugar granulated | 2 | oz | 60 | grams | |
sugar granulated | 0.25 | tsp | ¼ | teaspoon | |
unsalted butter | 0.75 | oz | 20 | grams |
Recipe

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.05 quart (1000 ml) • unsalted butter 0.75 oz (20 g) • sugar granulated 2 oz (60 g)
In a double bottom pot bring almost to the boil milk, butter and sugar while stirring occasionally.

semolina 3.5 oz (100 g)
Gradually pour in semolina while stirring frequently. Cook and stir until the gruel becomes dense.

ground cinnamon 0.25 tsp • sugar granulated 0.25 tsp
Pour the gruel in dinner plates. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
