sterilized sour cucumber | 1.75 | oz | 50 | grams | |
water | 6.75 | tbsp | 100 | milliliters |
Recipe

onion 3.5 oz (100 g) • garlic 2 cloves • ginger-root 1 oz (30 g) • oil for frying 2 tbsp
Fry finely chopped ginger, onion and garlic in oil.

ground black pepper 0.25 tsp • salt 0.25 tsp • soy sauce 2 tbsp • oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Season with spices, salt and sauces.

green peas frozen 7 oz (200 g) • water 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)
Add frozen peas, a little water and simmer for about 20 minutes.
5.
sterilized sour cucumber 1.75 oz (50 g)
Add finely chopped cucumber and let it warm up for a minute.
