Recipe

cauliflower 1.8 lb (800 g) • water • sea salt
Take the cauliflower into pieces, wash and boil it in salted water.

Pour the water off the and mash the cauliflouwer, but not into mash.

onion 5.25 oz (150 g) • olive oil 2 tbsp • water 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)
Clean the onion, cut it and fry in oil. Add a little water and simmer.

Whip the eggs. Add them to the cauliflower and cook, stirring constantly, until the eggs are cooked. Add salt and a piece of butter.
