sardines in oil | 4.5 | oz | 125 | grams | |
unsalted butter | 3.5 | oz | 100 | grams |
Recipe
1.
unsalted butter 3.5 oz (100 g) • processed cheese 1.75 oz (50 g) • onion 5.25 oz (150 g)
Place soften butter, cheese and chopped onion into the mixer. Mix into the soft mash.
2.
sardines in oil 4.5 oz (125 g) • salt • ground black pepper 0.25 tsp
Add fish in oil with oil also. If it is canned as a whole, remove the skelet - it is not always soft and during eating it could be felt in the spread. Mix again, according to taste add salt (be careful, some of the canned fish in oil contains added salt) and ground black pepper.
3.
chicken egg 3 pcs
Hard boil the eggs, cool, peel it and add chopped, cold into the spread. Mix until smooth. It is recommended to leave the spread in fridge to harden for several hours before serving. However it is possible to eat it straight after preparation but it is weaker.
Bon appetit!
