salmon filet 8.75 oz (250 g) • fresh spinach leaves 1.5 lb (700 g) • spring onion 1 pc
Cut salmon fillets into thinner slices, cut sping onion into rings. Wash fresh spinach and let it drain.

garlic 2 cloves • olive oil 1 tbsp
Fry spinach and garlic in oil. Remove from the heat and let it cool.

puff pastry 14 oz (400 g) • ground black pepper • salt
Roll pastry on a floured board.Lay salmon fillets on a one half. You may add pieces of cooked asparagus, sprinkle it with spring onion. Season with salt and pepper.
4.
Put spinach leaves on salmon, cover it with second half of a pastry.
