Salmon with herb-mustard glaze

Recipe

olive oil 1 tbsp • Dijon mustard 1 tbsp • lemon-juice 2 tsp
In a smaller bowl, whisk the olive oil, mustard and lemon juice.

marjoram 1 tbsp • oregano 1 tbsp • ground red paprika • salt
In another small bowl, mix dried marjoram and oregano, a pinch of red pepper and salt.

salmon filet 8.75 oz (250 g) • olive oil 1 tbsp
Dip salmon fillets (if they have skin, do not remove it) into mustard mixture and glaze it with herbs. Heat oil in a pan, put salmon on it with a side which have the skin. Cover it and simmer. Open it after a while and fry from bot sides.
