semi-dry salami | 6.25 | oz | 175 | grams | |
unsalted butter | 2.75 | oz | 75 | grams | |
whole Mustard | 1.5 | tbsp | 1.5 | tablespoon |

processed cheese 3.5 oz (100 g) • unsalted butter 2.75 oz (75 g) • whole Mustard 1.5 tbsp
Put it in kitchen mixer, add soft cheese, softened butter and mustard. Mix it all well.

Mix it again. During mixing turn the kitchen mixer off if needed, and stir content of the bowl with the other end to the wooden spoon. Do not season with salt, salami and cheese are salty enough.
