schwarzwald ham 1.5 oz (40 g) • garlic 2 cloves • olive oil 2 tbsp
Cut the ham into strips and fry with garlic until crispy on low flame.
5. Serving
fresh spinach leaves 7 oz (200 g) • sesame oil 1 tbsp
Place spinach leaves on a plate and drizzle with oil. Add a mixture of eggplant and paprika and crispy ham with golden roasted garlic on top.
