whole milk 3.5% | 10 | tbsp | 150 | milliliters |
Recipe
1.
rye flakes 1 oz (30 g) • raisins 1 oz (30 g) • water ¾ cup (200 ml)
Pour water over the flakes, add washed raisins, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.

whole milk 3.5% 10 tbsp (150 ml) • ground cinnamon 0.25 tsp
Add milk, cinnamon and cook for another 5 minutes. Cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
4.
flax seeds 1 tsp • walnuts
Mix together with ground flax seeds into a porridge. When serving, sprinkle with chopped nuts.
