Roasted turkey thighs with red onion

Wash and cut the turkey thighs. Put a part of the prepared garlic under the skin. Add salt and pepper.

Put the turkey thighs on the onion and sprinkle with the remaining garlic. Add salt, water, cover and bake for an hour in an oven at 735°F (390°C) F (390°F (200°C) C).
