2. Preparation of vine and fig mixture
Wine rosé 6.75 tbsp (100 ml) • fig jam 0.75 oz (20 g) • dried plums 2.5 oz (70 g) • honey 2 tsp
In a bowl, prepare mixture from the vine, mashed plums, jam and honey. Pour goat legs over with about 2 teaspoons of the prepared mixture before we place them in the oven.
3. Roasting
Roast the meat 2 hours covered at 390°F (200°C) C in electric oven with both upper and lower heat.

4. Finish roasting and serve
After two hours uncover the meat, roast for another 45 minutes at 300°F (150°C) C. During baking, regularly pour the meat over with mixture from vine, plums, jam and honey. Serve with dumplings or lokshe.
