Roast pork leg

Easy recipe to make delicious roast meat with garlic flavor. Best served with potatoes or dumpling with braised cabbage.

2. Marinade preparation
sunflower oil 5 tbsp • garlic 3 cloves • ground black pepper 1 tsp • ground caraway 1 tsp • vegetable salt 1 tsp • grill seasoning 1 tsp
Put in a bowl oil, pressed garlic, black pepper, cumin, vegetable salt (dried vegetable mix) and grill seasoning. Stir.

Spread marinade over meat and place in the refrigerator for about one hour.

water ¾ cup (200 ml)
Pour water over the meat and roast in the preheated oven for about 1,5 hour until soft. During the roasting you can pour water over the meat when necessary, turn it or pour over with dripping.

Cut roast meat into slices and serve with favorite side dish.
